BUSINESS CHALLENGE
We started by understanding how Profil-System sells products and processes orders. We designed the functionality and selected technology to let business customers configure products themselves while providing consistent data for order fulfilment.

OUR SOLUTION
Customers configure window vents and ventilation grilles by specification, dimensions, quantity and colour. The interface designs also provide a route to the sales team for custom options outside the standard range.
An API integration with Comarch ERP Optima automates the journey from order to invoice. Product configuration feeds directly into the business workflow, so the data moves beyond the website into order processing.
